This is a lovely cottage for two people in rural surroundings but close to amenities and good road links to explore the Lakes, Furness Peninsula, Lancashire Coast and the Yorkshire Dales.
The property is set back from the road and from a slightly elevated position enjoys wonderful views over the grounds to the Kent estuary on Morecambe Bay.
The grounds to the front of the cottage extend to around two acres including lawns, mature trees and shrubs which are a haven for a variety of flora and fauna. This is not fully enclosed but is for private use by our guests.
A luxury cedar Summerhouse is available all year, double glazed, heated and insulated with a fire bowl on the patio. There are facilities for a disposable BBQ
The cottage is personally managed by the owner. There is private off road parking and the rear courtyard garden is private and fully enclosed.
A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted by prior arrangement
