Accommodation
The cottage sleeps 2 and is ‘upside-down’ in construction to take advantage of the views from the west-facing picture window in the lounge. The main entrance is through the private enclosed garden to the rear, where there is a paved patio area and a BBQ in the summer.
The main door leads into the porch/utility room which has a practical tiled floor and is fitted with a freezer and washer/drier together with plenty of space for coats and boots. Two steps up lead to the kitchen with a built under double oven and fridge, dishwasher, microwave and ceramic hob with extractor fan overhead. There are fully fitted base and wall units to give plenty of storage in a modern cream shaker style with a walnut block work effect work top.
From the kitchen a door leads into the lounge and dining area. For your entertainment we provide a TV/DVD Combi with a selection of DVD's, wireless broadband, Sky HD with entertainment pack, iPod dock, micro Hi-fi system, books, games and magazines. The lounge has a fully fitted wool carpet, quality pine furniture and a comfortable double sofa.
Stairs lead down from the lounge to the bedroom which has a wrought iron double bed with a deep luxury mattress. A natural filled king size duvet and quality bed linen are provided. In winter we also provide an electric blanket. There is a solid pine wardrobe with ample hangers; a large chest of drawers and a fully fitted wool carpet. A hairdryer and bedside clock are provided. The patio door leads to a raised seating area to the front of the cottage.
The modern en-suite shower room has a white sink, toilet and Shower enclosure with a MIRA Sport shower unit. The walls and floor are tiled in a natural finish.
