Please telephone/email us to confirm availabilty and request a booking form. We ask for a non-refundable deposit of 1/3 of the rent on booking, and the remaining balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to the holiday commencement date. For bookings less than 4 weeks before the holiday commencement date, we require the full rental price on booking. The cottage is available for your use from 3pm on the day of arrival and we ask that you vacate the cottage by 10:30am on the day of departure.
For safety reasons we cannot accommodate children under 5 years. A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome by prior arrangement and in accordance with the booking conditions at a charge of £20 per week each. We cannot take dogs under 6 months old or very large breeds.
Price includes all electricity, bed linen and tea towels.
Towels for personal use are available to hire at a charge of £10 per person per week.
Short Breaks - These are normally available from November to March inclusive ( excluding Xmas, New Year & Easter ) for a minimum stay of 3 nights at £150 plus £35 per extra night.

At other times short breaks may be available for bookings no more than two weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
Xmas/New Year/Easter - The minimum stay over these periods is 4 nights and prices start from £220. The stay must include the Bank Holiday.
Sofa Bed - There is a small additional charge of £20 for use of the sofa bed.
